Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, Marine Biology, Zoology, Animal Science, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marine mammal care and training. Previous leadership experience in a zoological or marine park setting. Experience working with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Expertise in animal behavior, husbandry techniques, and enrichment programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage complex operations and animal emergencies. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Requires availability on weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations or any other circumstances as needed. Work may involve outdoor environments, water exposure, and proximity to large animals. Physically fit to support operational needs when necessary (Swim, run, jump, able to lift or move 50 pounds)
