Marineland's seasonal educators will create a fun and engaging experience for our guests while teaching about our history, animals, and exhibits. This includes engaging guests in public areas, giving guided tours and educational talks, and assisting with field trips and other education programming. The seasonal educator is responsible for ensuring guest and animal safety while working in various public positions at Marineland. This position represents Marineland and must be able to answer a wide range of questions quickly and completely in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have a high school diploma and previous customer service experience, along with knowledge about marine life and marine conservation issues. A college degree and previous experience at a zoo or aquarium is preferred. Must be able to work up to 40 hours including weekends and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
